Refund Policy
1. You have the right to cancel your membership within seven days
of joining.
2. The full membership fee will be due and payable from inception
of your membership, and no refund will be paid in the event of your
cancellation of the policy after the statutory 7 day cancellation
period.
3. Members are not entitled to a refund once they are using the service.
4. Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
5. As stated in Clause 12 of the Terms & Conditions, in the event
of membership cancellation, member expulsion, or exclusion, for any
reason, membership fees are not refundable and will not be refunded.
